วันที่ ๒๐ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๖ น.สพ.สมบัติ ศุภประภากร ปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำพูน พร้อมด้วย นายธนภัทร คหินทพงษ์ รักษาราชการแทนปศุสัตว์อำเภอป่าซาง ตรวจเยี่ยมศูนย์เครือข่ายสัตว์พันธุ์ดีกรมปศุสัตว์ โคขาวลำพูน “อยุธฟาร์ม”นายอยุธ ไชยยอง ๔๘ ม.๑๓ ต.ท่าตุ้ม อ.ป่าซาง จ.ลำพูน ได้สอบถามข้อมูลการเลี้ยงโค การบริหารจัดการศูนย์ฯต่างๆ พูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยบความรู้ และร่วมปรึกษาหารือในการต่อยอดการเลี้ยงโคขาวลำพูน

วันที่ 17 มีนาคม 2566 เวลา 08.00 น. ที่โรงเรียนป่าตาลบ้านธิพิทยา ตำบลบ้านธิ อำเภอบ้านธิ จังหวัดลำพูน นสพ.สมบัติ ศุภประภากร ปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำพูน นำข้าราชการ และลูกจ้าง ออกหน่วยบริการประชาชน หน่วยแพทย์อาสาสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี (พอ.สว.) จังหวัดลำพูน เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับประชาชน พร้อมทั้งรับทราบปัญหาความเดือดร้อน ความต้องการด้านต่าง ๆ ของประชาชน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐกับประชาชน ในการนี้ สำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำพูน ให้บริการผ่าตัดทำหมันและฉีดวัคซีน ให้กับสุนัขและแมว จำนวน 47 ตัว สุนัข 21 ตัว แมว 26 ตัว และฉีดวัคซีน 18 ตัว

วันที่ 15 มี.ค.2566 นสพ.สมบัติ ศุภประภากร ปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำพูนเข้าร่วมประชุมคณะทำงานด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศระดับจังหวัด (จังหวัดลำพูน) ครั้งที่ 1/2566 ณ ห้องประชุมหริภุญชัย โดยมี นายอนุพงษ์ วาวงศ์มูล รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลำพูน เป็นประธานการประชุม ในการนี้ที่ประชุมได้พิจารณาหารือการคัดเลือกปีฐานสำหรับการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจก การสำรวจและรวบรวมข้อมูล เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการในระดับพื้นที่และแผนการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกของจังหวัดลำพูน

วันที่ 16 มี.ค.66 นสพ.สมบัติ ศุภประภากร ปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำพูนเข้าร่วมประชุม คณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ระดับจังหวัดลำพูน ครั้งที่ 1/2566 ณห้องประชุมสำนักงานกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดลำพูน ศาลากลางจังหวัดลำพูน โดยมีนายชาตรี กิตติธนดิตถ์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลำพูนเป็นประธานการประชุม ที่ประชุมได้พิจารณาประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ ปฏิทินผลผลิตสินค้าเกษตรรายเดือน แผนการป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยด้านการเกษตร ในช่วงฤดูแล้ง และแนวทางการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการเผาในพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม

วันที่ 14 มีนาคม 2566 เวลา 08.30 น. นายสมบัติ ศุภประภากร ปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำพูน พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้ากลุ่ม/ฝ่าย ปศุสัตว์อำเภอเมืองลำพูน และเจ้าหน้าที่ในสังกัด ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “ชุมชนสะอาด ถนนปลอดภัย อำเภอเมืองลำพูน” ภายใต้แผนปฏิบัติการ “ลำพูนเมืองสะอาดสู่ความยั่งยืน”ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2566 มีวัตถุประสงค์ให้รักษาวินัยจราจร และดูแลรักษาความสะอาด ดูแลปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ให้เกิดความสวยงามอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมีนายสันติธร ยิ้มละมัย ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลำพูน เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรม และมอบเกียรติบัตรแก่หน่วยงานที่ร่วมกิจกรรม เปิดป้าย “ถนนปลอดภัย รักษาวินัยจราจร” และได้ให้เกียรติเข้าตรวจเยี่ยมสำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำพูน ร่วมปลูกต้นทองอุไร บริเวณเสาธงหน้าสำนักงานฯ เยี่ยมชมการคัดแยกขยะ การจัดทำถังขยะเปียก ปุ๋ยกองหมัก และภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบสำนักงานฯ ผลการดำเนินกิจกรรมฯ เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย{gallery}2566/Info/3/14/bos3141{/gallery}
