วันที่ 13 มีนาคม 2566 นสพ. สมบัติ ศุภประภากร  ปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำพูน พร้อมด้วยกลุ่มส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการปศุสัตว์ ปศุสัตว์อำเภอป่าซาง และปศุสัตว์อำเภอทุ่งหัวช้าง เข้าร่วมประชุมทางไกลผ่านระบบ video conference คณะกรรมการอำนวยการโครงการแพะ-แกะล้านนาครั้งที่ 2/2566 เพื่อรายงานการดำเนินงาน ปัญหาอุปสรรค และการผลิต แผนการชำระหนี้ ของกลุ่มเกษตรกร สำหรับยื่นพิจารณาปรับแผนการชำระเงินคืนใหม่แก่กองทุนสงเคราะห์เกษตรกร ซึ่งกลุ่มเกษตรกรของจังหวัดลำพูนมีกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่กู้ยืมเงินจำนวน 2 กลุ่มเกษตรกร 16 ราย คงเหลือเกษตรกรที่เลี้ยงอยู่ 6 ราย ซึ่งเกษตรกรทุกรายยังไม่ได้ชำระเงินคืน อยู่ระหว่างรอมติของกองทุนฯกับกรมปศุสัตว์ ต่อไป

วันที่ 10 มีนาคม 2566 น.สพ. สมบัติ ศุภประภากร เป็นประธาน ดำเนินการจัดฝึกอบรมผู้ประกอบการโรงฆ่าสัตว์ หลักสูตร " ชี้แจงพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมการฆ่าสัตว์เพื่อการจำหน่ายเนื้อสัตว์ พ.ศ.2559 และกฎหมายลำดับรองเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมต่อใบอนุญาต " โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ให้ผู้ประกอบการโรงฆ่าสัตว์รับทราบและเข้าใจพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมการฆ่าสัตว์เพื่อการจำหน่ายเนื้อสัตว์ พ.ศ.2559 และเข้าใจกฎหมายลำดับรองที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบกิจการฆ่าสัตว์ รวมถึงรับทราบปัญหาเเละอุปสรรคพร้อมแนวทางการแก้ไขจากผู้ประกอบการโรงฆ่าสัตว์ ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานปศุสัตว์สำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำพูน

วันที่ 8 มี.ค.66 นสพ.สมบัติ ศุภประภากร ปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำพูนเข้าร่วมประชุมตามแผนการตรวจราชการแบบบูรณาการของผู้ตรวจราชการสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เขตตรวจราชการที่ 15

(นายธีรวุธ กลั่นเกลี้ยง) ร่วมกับผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวง ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม และที่ปรึกษาผู้ตรวจราชการภาคประชาชน ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2566 รอบที่1 ผ่านสื่ออิเลกทรอนิกส์

(Video Conference) ในส่วนจังหวัดลำพูน นายสันติธร ยิ้มละมัย ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลำพูนได้มอบหมายให้นายอนุพงษ์ วาวงศ์มูล รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลำพูนเข้าร่วมการประชุม

ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมโค-กระบือ ของพระมหาบัณฑิต ญาณเมธี เจ้าอาวาสวัดคันธาราม (ทุ่งอ้อ) และแม่ดาว หมู่ 3 ตำบลทากาศ อำเภอแม่ทา

มีโค 15 ตัว กระบือ 22 ตัว โดยได้ให้คำแนะนำการป้องกันโรคการดูแลสุขภาพโค-กระบือ และแผนการทำวัคซีน รวมทั้งการจัดการฟาร์ม

การจัดการแปลงหญ้า เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่ระบบมาตรฐานฟาร์ม ต่อไป

กิจกรรม 5ส ทำความสะอาดสำนักงาน และบริเวณโดยรอบ ในการนี้มีการจัดทำ ที่หมักปุ๋ยกองหมัก เพื่อเก็บเศษใบไม้และหญ้าแห้ง เพื่อลดการเผาและลดฝุ่น PM2.5 มีการจัดทำถังขยะเปียก

เพื่อให้เป็นปุ๋ยใต้ต้นไม้
